MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
JOYNER, District Judge.
This case, which was until recently stayed by the bankruptcy filings of Defendants Yo-nas Zegeye and Hiruit Seleshi, is now before this Court for disposition of the Defendants’ Motions and Supplemental Motions for Summary Judgment. For the reasons which follow, the motions shall be denied.
Factual Background
This action arose in the summer of 1991 out of the defendants’ solicitation and sale to plaintiffs, among others, of limited partnership “units” in the Lehigh Valley Physicians Imaging Center (“LVPIC”), a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) center…
