HEDRICK, Judge.

Defendant assigns error to the denial of his motions to dismiss the charges against him in the cases wherein he was charged with second degree rape. The evidence with respect to the rape charges, considered in the light most favorable to the State, tends to show the following: Defendant, his three daughters, and his son moved to North Carolina in 1981 and at the time of the offenses in question lived in Dobson, North Carolina.
