Memorandum.

The order of the Appellate Division should be affirmed.

Defendant moved pursuant to CPL 30.30 to dismiss the indictment charging him with unauthorized use of a vehicle in the second and third degrees and criminal possession of stolen property in the third and fourth degrees on speedy trial grounds.
