This is an action instituted by E. R. Allison, L. Kaffie, W. F. Harris, Amelia Meuly, and Amanda Meuly against.C. D. Ardussi, L. B. Griffith and wife, Illse Griffith, C. G.: Sanford and wife, Lucile Sanford, M. C. Gann, and W. E. Pope, to obtain a permanent injunction to. restrain appellants from in any manner interrupting or interfering with the free use of a certain park described in the petition. The Meulys withdrew from the suit.

The cause was tried, without a jury, by the court and an injunction was granted as to L. B. Griffith and wife, C. G. Sanford and wife, M. C.…
