This is a certified question from the Court of Civil Appeals for the Fifth District. The statement and questions are as follows:
"Johanna Zorn, a married woman, owned in her separate right about ten acres of land within the corporate limits of the city of Corsicana, which was designated upon the map of the city as block 373. In the spring of 1899, H. Zorn, husband of said Johanna, with her knowledge and consent, concluded to subdivide said land into lots and blocks for the purposes of sale, and W. M.
