This is a bill in equity brought against the defendants to restrain the erection and maintenance of a proposed public garage in alleged violation of certain equitable restrictions.

The plaintiff owns a vacant lot on the northwesterly corner of Newbury Street and Kenmore Street in the city of' Boston, and as trustee owns the lot and dwelling house thereon numbered 504 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston, which is directly in front of a portion of the vacant lot above referred to.
