This is an original proceeding in this court instituted by the respondent and its insurance carrier before the State Industrial Commission to procure a review of-an award in favor of the claimant therein. The respondent will be referred to as the petitioner.

The assignments of error presented by the petitioners in their briefs raised but one question necessary for determination by this court, and that is whether or not the claimant, at the time of his injury, was engaged in manual or mechanical labor of a hazardous nature in any employment covered by the Workmen’s Compensation Act of Oklahoma…
