This is an original proceeding in this court by petitioners to review an award made by the State Industrial Commission on the 20th day of November, 1931, in favor of claimant, John E. Hofstrom, allowing him compensation for certain injuries to his left leg and knee. There is no dispute over the fact that the claimant received an accidental personal injury arising out of and in the course of his employment with petitioner Crown Drug Company, nor is there any dispute over its extent, etc. The sole question raised is whether the facts showing the character of claimant’s employment bring that…
