Plaintiffs Notwen Corporation, WCN/ GAN Partners Ltd., and William C. Newton (collectively, “Notwen plaintiffs” or just “plaintiffs,”)1 were insured under a businessowners liability policy issued in Wyoming by defendant American Economy Insurance Company (AEIC).
