In an action, inter alia, to set aside a conveyance of real property, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Kitzes, J.), dated *440June 12, 2001, as, upon renewal, adhered to a prior determination denying his motion for summary judgment on his causes of action pursuant to Debtor and Creditor Law §§ 273, 275, and 276.
Ordered that the appeal is dismissed as academic, without costs or disbursements.
