Relator presented to the Honorable Henry King, Judge of Criminal District Court No. 2 of Dallas County, Texas, a petition for the writ of habeas corpus. On March 3, 1948, Judge King transferred the petition to the Judge of the 12th Judicial District at Huntsville, Texas, because more convenient to secure the necessary facts to determine the merits of relator’s petition.
