KRUEGER, Judge.

Relator presented his second application for a writ of habeas corpus to the Honorable Henry King, Judge of Criminal District Court No. 2 in and for Dallas County, Texas, on the 10th day of March, 1949. Said judge granted the application, set the hearing thereon for the 21st day of March, 1949, issued a bench warrant and had relator brought before him, heard the evidence relative to the allegations in the application for the writ, and directed that a transcript with a statement of the facts be forthwith forwarded to the court of criminal appeals for a final disposition of the…
