(“ITIS”) and its CEO, Hunter Carr, along with several of its shareholders, bring this action against defendants Southridge Capital Management LLC (“Southridge”), Stephen Hicks, Daniel Pickett, Christy Constabile, Thomson Kernaghan & Co., Ltd.
