The appellee sued the appellant in the Circuit Court •for Carroll County to recover damages for injuries sustained when the automobile driven by her husband, in which she was a passenger, collided with an automobile operated by the appellant. At the trial, the appellee obtained a verdict and judgment for $10,000. The sole question involved in this appeal is the refusal of the trial court to grant the defendant’s second prayer, which was as follows: “The Court instructs the jury that if they find from the evidence that the injuries complained of resulted from an unavoidable accident unmixed…
