This is an appeal from a judgment for costs entered by the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County against Dolores G. Warnke (the plaintiff) in favor of Paul B. Essex (the defendant) following the granting of the defendant’s motion for a directed verdict at the close of the evidence offered by the plaintiff on the ground that she had failed to produce sufficient evidence of the defendant’s negligence to entitle her to recover. The plaintiff appealed.
