This was an action for rents by the lessors of real property against the assignee of the lessees. The trial court made findings of fact and conclusions of law and rendered judgment for plaintiffs. Defendant has appealed.

The facts may be summarized briefly as follows: The plaintiffs, W. H. Euler and wife, are the owners of a described piece of real property used for business purposes.
