GREGORY, Circuit Judge:

Theadore Carl Walton, Jr., appeals from a district court order granting summary judgment for his former employer, Green-brier Ford, Inc., trading as “Cavalier Ford,” on his Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq., claim for overtime pay and his state law breach of contract claim.
