Reversing.

At the late November election appellee, William P. Clark, was the Republican and appellant, William C. Buten, the. Democratic candidate for county judge of Campbell county, Kentucky. As the returns from the election were canvassed by the county board of election commissioners appellant Buten appeared to have received 12,272 votes, and appellee Clark 12,262 votes.
