The Court is presented with a Motion by the defendant to Dismiss this action on the grounds that: (1) venue does not lie in this District; (2) plaintiffs lack standing to bring this action; (3) this Court lacks jurisdiction over this dispute; and (4) plaintiffs have failed to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. Plaintiffs oppose the Motion to Dismiss and have moved for preliminary injunctive relief.
