Respondent appeals from an order entered on the petition of plaintiff fixing respondent’s fees at $750, extinguishing her attorney’s hen on payment of said sum, and taxing against respondent nine-tenths of the costs of the hearing before a special commissioner.

On March 14, 1945, respondent and her associate, James Gr. Barber, started this suit for partition, accounting and other relief in the name of plaintiff. On May 24, 1945, respondent filed a notice of attorney’s lien reciting that petitioner had placed in respondent’s hands as her attorney her claim against the principal defendants…
