The appellant proponent urges on this appeal that the evidence does not sustain the trial court’s finding that the purported will and codicil were executed as a result of insane delusions on the part of Mrs. Riemer toward her husband.

The delusions, which had existed for at least five years prior to the making of the will, were that Mr. Riemer was intent upon doing away with her by poisoning her food, or attacking her when she was asleep with a knife, hammer, hatchet, or some other household tool.
