THIS CAUSE came before the Court on Plaintiff’s Motion for Clarification and Reinstatement of the Monopoly Count, Count II, of the Complaint.

I. FACTS

Plaintiff, Escrow Disbursement Insurance Agency, Inc. (EDIA), filed suit on March 16, 1976, alleging violations of both sections of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1 & 2.
