This action of trespass was brought by plaintiffs, husband and wife, against Victor Isenberg, individually and trading as the Royal Auto Supply Company, (hereinafter referred to as defendant), and Nick Vicarrio, an employee of defendant, to recover damages for injuries sustained by wife plaintiff.
