This appeal is taken from an order entered in the Superior Court of Cook County dismissing plaintiff’s complaint on the ground the court lacked jurisdiction in the case since the plaintiff had not exhausted the remedies provided in the bylaws of the American Federation of Musicians, of which the plaintiff was a member, and of which the Mercury Becord Corporation was a licensee. By a provision of the contract the bylaws were made a part thereof.
