(MFG) are liable for damages pursuant to 71 O.S8.Supp.2004 § 1-509(G) as aiders and abetters of a fraudulent hedge fund investment scheme perpetrated by Mark S. Trimble (Trimble) and Phidip-pides Capital Management, LL.C. (PCM).
