THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon several pending motions, including,(1) the United States Motion for Summary Judgment, filed on October 21,1997, to which the defendant responded on November 4, 1997;(2) the debtor’s Motion to file a second amended complaint, filed on November 4, 1997; and(3) the debtor’s Motion for Continuance, filed on November 4,1997.
