¶ 1 This is an appeal from the Order denying Appellants’ Petition to Open and/or Strike Judgment of Confession entered by Appellee. The issue in this case concerns the procedural rules for the timely filing of petitions to open and/or strike confessed judgments. For the following reasons, we affirm the order of the trial court, although on different grounds. See Pennsylvania Game Comm’n v.
