This cause comes before the Court on the Motion to Dismiss [Docket No. 72] filed by Defendants, Wellpoint, Inc. (“Well-Point”) and its officers and directors, 1 pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 9(b) and 12(b)(6) and the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act (“PSLRA”), 15 U.S.C. § 78u-4 et seq.
