Dependant in error was plaintiff, plaintiff in error defendant below, and we shall so designate them in this opinion. Present counsel for defendant did not represent it in the court below.
The action was to recover $3,350 claimed for services in drilling an oil well, and to foreclose a lien for that amount which the plaintiff had filed upon certain personal property belonging to the defendant. The trial was to the court without a jury. Judgment was rendered for the plaintiff in the sum of $2,920, and foreclosure of the lien was ordered.
