Plaintiff Yutana Barge Lines (Yutana) is an Alaska corporation which maintains an office and does business in the State of Washington and plaintiff Shelver is its president. Defendant Northland Corporation is a Washington corporation engaged in the business of water transportation of cargo between Seattle, Washington and various ports in Alaska.
