LAVENDER, Justice:

The plaintiffs brought an action to quiet title to oil, gas and other minerals, except coal and asphalt, underlying approximately fifty-two acres of land, against the Rock Island Improvement Company, a corpora tion, and to cancel two separate oil and gas leases by the defendant to its co-defendant, the Pan American Petroleum Corporation. They now appeal from an adverse judgment that holds for defendants without a statement of findings or conclusions of law.
