{¶ 40} Because the majority fails to give sufficient weight to the mitigating factors that respondent, Harlan Daniel Karp, presented in this case, including his mental and physical disorders that contributed to cause his misconduct, I dissent from its decision to suspend him from the practice of law for two years with 18 months of the suspension stayed on conditions.
