WELBORN, Commissioner.
This is an action by Medical West Building Corporation, owner, for damages for *289breach of lease by E. L. Zoernig & Company, tenant. A jury returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiff for $17,220 damages, plus $3,616.20 interest. Upon motion of the defendant, the trial court set aside the verdict and entered judgment for defendant. Plaintiff has appealed.
