This is an original proceeding by information in the nature of quo warranto to oust respondent, Missouri Utilities Company, from the city of Sikeston, Missouri, and exclude it from all rights, privileges and franchises of furnishing electric light and power within said city, and from all rights, privileges and franchises of occupying the streets, avenues and alleys of said city Avith its poles, wires and other electrical equipment.
