Reversing.

1. On Sunday night, November 18, 1928, Jasper Slone killed Elbert Prater. On his trial under an indictment for murder, he was convicted of manslaughter, and sentenced to 21 years in the penitentiary. He has appealed. As one of his grounds for reversal is that his conviction was flagrantly against the evidence, we must state the facts briefly.
