In this attorney discipline matter, the Respondent Eric P. Nelson (“Attorney”) is alleged to have committed misconduct by making improper sexual advances toward employees, coworkers, a potential client, and the relative of a client. Attorney was also alleged to have violated the Rules of Professional Conduct in regard to several alcohol related matters. In June of 1996, the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline petitioned this Court to have Attorney suspended from the practice of law or, in the alternative, placed on incapacity inactive status1 in light of Attorney’s admitted…
