This declaratory judgment action arises from an underlying negligence action filed by Darrel and Kay Beaver against Dwayne Lee, d/b/a Lee Construction, for injuries Darrel Beaver sustained when he briefly assisted Lee in building a deck on the back of the *391Beavers’ home. Alea London Limited, Lee’s commercial general liability (CGL) insurance carrier, provided Lee a defense in the underlying litigation subject to a reservation of rights.
