This matter is before the Court on Defendant Golden Rule Insurance Company’s (“Defendant”) Motion for Summary Judgment [9].
I. BACKGROUND
A. Facts
On April 16, 2014, Plaintiff Dawn M. Jones (“Plaintiff’) had a routine mammogram as part of her annual physical. (Deposition of Dawn Michele Jones (Mar. 22, 2017) [38.3] (“PI.
