Tbe petition of Willcox prayed for injunction to prevent the Beechwood Band Mill Company from cutting or removing timber from certain land. Willcox had bought from Mrs. E. H. Harp the land which was described in a deed from Mrs. Lula B. Shepherd to E. H. Harp, dated February 26, 1926, and recorded, November 11, 1926, in deed book CC, page 168. The land had been set apart, by a judgment of the court of ordinary, as a year’s support for the widow and minor children of said E. H. Harp.
