OPINION

DAVIS, Judge:

T1 Appellants Ronnie W.A. Case and Shain Case, dba Ron Case Roofing (Case), appeal the trial court's judgment awarding appellee Richard Pack (Pack) $84,801.39 based on its conclusion that Case breached a contractual guaranty of warranty. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for recalculation of the amount awarded to Pack.
