Suit in equity by stockholders of the Spokane Ealls Water-Power Company to set aside a conveyance of all of the property of that company to the Northwestern Milling’ & Power Company, a corporation, and also to cancel a mortgage and vacate a sale under foreclosure thereof made by the Northwestern Milling & Power Company to the respondent the Amsterdamsch Trustees Xantoor.
