Plaintiffs’ counsel have filed a Motion for an Award of Litigation Costs, Including Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses, for 2012 and for Work in the District Court That Had Been Held in Abeyance Related to Defendants’ Motion to Terminate the Consent Decree [Dkt. No. 1850], The Court has already awarded Plaintiffs’ counsel $482,668.13 for fees undisputed by Defendants [Dkt.
