DECISION ON COMPLAINT SEEKING TO SET ASIDE A FRAUDULENT TRANSFER AND TO DENY THE DEBTOR’S DISCHARGE

The trustee in bankruptcy of the above-named Chapter 7 debtor, Venketachalam Parameswaran, seeks to set aside transfers by the debtor to his wife of his interest as a tenant by the entirety in their residence in Scarsdale, New York, and his ownership of a Yolks wagon Rabbit, as fraudulent conveyances under 11 U.S.C. § 548. The trustee also moves to deny the debtor’s discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(2) because the transfers were made within one year…
