This adversary proceeding, commenced by Baltic Linen Co., Inc., seeks to bar the discharge of Richard Rubin, the debtor-defendant herein, pursuant to § 727(a)(2) of the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978, 11 U.S.C. § 101 e£ seq. (the Bankruptcy Code).
