This is an appeal from an order denying plaintiff’s application for an injunction and dismissing plaintiff’s amended complaint, entered in the district court of Lewis and Clark County.

At the outset defendants have filed suggestion of diminution of the record filed by plaintiff upon this appeal on the ground that such record does not contain certain documents of record in the district court, and defendants move that such documents be added to the record on appeal.
