The purpose of this action was to recover damages which accrued by reason of the breach of a contract. The cause was tried to the court without a jury, and resulted in findings of fact and conclusions *513of law and a judgment sustaining the plaintiff’s right to recover in the sum of $3,796.90. From this judgment, the defendant appeals.
