Jennifer Crowe, Records Officer at Western Missouri Correctional Center, appeals a judgment granting John Prapot-nik’s declaratory judgment request for jail time credit. Reversed.

Factual Background

On November 21, 1993, John Prapotnik was arrested, charged and incarcerated on the class B felony of assault on a law enforcement officer in the second degree. At the time of his arrest, Prapotnik was on felony probation.
