Thomas R. Griffin (“Appellant”) appeals his conviction of first-degree child molestation. Appellant was sentenced to eight years’ imprisonment.

Appellant was charged by the State (“Respondent”) with the class C felony of child molestation in the first degree, in that he knowingly subjected T.A.D. to sexual contact “on or about and between January 1, 1992, and December 31, 1994.” T.A.D., born September 13, 1986, was less than twelve years old at the time of the alleged incidents.
