The mishap which occasioned this litigation occurred on March 6th, 1937. On the afternoon of that day' a Chevrolet automobile owned by the Reverend Joel Eose was being driven by Everett ETorbury over the highway known as Delsea Drive near Malaga in Gloucester county. Mr. Rose, Mary Nor bury, Gertrude Nor bury and James Fisher were passengers in the automobile. Their contemplated destination was Woodstown.
