This is an appeal from the judgment of the Appellate Division of the Superior Court affirming the judgment of the Law Division, entered by the direction of the trial court in favor of the plaintiffs when the defendant rested without offering any testimony at the end of the plaintiffs’ case. We granted certification, 21 N. J. 550 (May 21, 1956).
